Clusel-Roch Cote-Rotie La Vialliere 2022

The 2022 Côte-Rôtie La Viallière uses grapes from the lieu-dit of the same name, with vines planted back in 1984. Vinified with 40% whole clusters and matured for 20 months in French oak barriques (roughly 20% new), the 2022 reveals itself with evocative graphite, black plum, crushed violets, and black cherry notes. Round and refreshing, the 2022 signs off with tenacity on the spiced finish.
